Returns

Refunds

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, due to hygiene or other reasons, may not be eligible for refunds. These items will be clearly identified as non-returnable.

Third-Party Marketplace Restrictions: Items restricted by other third-party marketplaces for resale purposes are not eligible for returns or refunds through FugenCart.

Amazon Ungating: FugenCart is not responsible for the ungating of the items on Amazon. Products that require ungating or approval for sale on Amazon must be managed and resolved by the seller directly with Amazon.

Letter of Authorization: FugenCart does not provide any letter of authorization to customers for any purposes.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping expenses unless the return is prompted by our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method after 14 days of receiving the item.

Please note that FugenCart retains the right to decline refunds that do not adhere to this policy or if the product’s condition does not meet the specified criteria for a refund.
